London
Legacy Pipework Fire is delivering a full BS9251-compliant fire safety system for a gated Islington development, including 747 sprinkler heads and 43 valve sets across 123 new luxury appartments.
Hollywood House, Woking
Legacy Pipework Fire delivered a BS9251 Category 3 residential sprinkler system with 753 heads across 49 converted units for We Build Developments. This project was completed in December 2024.
Eastworth House, Chertsey
Legacy Pipework Fire is delivering a BS9251 Cat 3 system with 472 sprinkler heads across 73 apartments, overcoming design challenges in a partially occupied building. Completion of this project is expected to be September 2025.
Terminus Road, Eastbourne
Legacy Pipework Fire designed, supplied, and installed a BS9251 Cat 2 residential sprinkler system with 131 heads across 23 Eastbourne flats. Completed on time, with ongoing maintenance now awarded.
St Marks House, Eastbourne
Legacy Pipework Fire is delivering a BS9251 Cat 2 sprinkler system with 369 heads for 57 residential flats in Eastbourne. We have been awarded the fire sprinkler system package as well as the mechanical package for this development, which is set to complete in November 2025.

Union Street, Brighton
In summer 2024, we installed a Retrofit Cat 1 sprinkler system in a Brighton flat due to firefighting access being above 45m. We completed a BS9251:2021 retrofit design for the flat’s new layout, which included 15 sprinkler heads. The installation required a new water main through a jewellery shop in Brighton’s Lanes.
